Each Diamond Painting kit is custom-made when you place your order, requiring our talented artists 3-6 business days to complete the process with care and precision. Once your kit is ready, we’ll dispatch it promptly via our trusted shipping partners. You’ll also receive a tracking number via email as soon as it’s on its way to you. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your kit reaches you in a timely manner, though delivery times may vary based on your location.
When can I expect my order to leave the warehouse?
Your order will embark on its journey after a brief staging period, necessitated by current supply chain hiccups linked to COVID-19. Typically, it will take an extra week or two beyond the usual processing time before it leaves our warehouse.
What’s the estimated delivery time for my items?
Depending on where you reside on this vast globe, and the whims of shipping routes, your treasures will arrive between 10 to 30 business days from the time they leave our care. The route from China to your location unfolds across seas and skies, charting a course through time and space.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it’s available.
